Train the trainer course is specifically designed for the instructors who train others. It is meant for junior trainers for developing their training aptitude. Train the trainer course is mostly done via workshop where, besides learning theory and process how to use tools, the participants are given detail hand on experience by practical demonstrations.
In order to develop train the trainer session, usually 4 Ps of training aspects are taken into special consideration. These 4ps are Purpose and valuation, Planning and Homework, Presentation and Simplification, and Performance and Assessment.
New trainers will get a strong basis in critical training skills and experienced trainers will be familiarized to new training approaches for conveying powerful, productive, and prolific training.
