Scaled Agile Framework's SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) Training, Certification Courses

The SPCT program was established by Scaled Agile with the aim to recognize talented individuals who are capable of demonstrating competency, superior knowledge, and extensive experience in their respective fields to adopt Agile across their particular line of business with the Scaled Agile Framework®. Those who become Program Consultants show incredible talent and are capable of being leaders of change in an organization aiming at implementing Lean- Agile. Successful consultants or the SPCTs are the only authorized personnel for training SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs).

To ensure that SPC’s who emerge after the successful completion of the course are of good quality, factors like the nomination process, internal quality monitoring and mentoring SPCT/SPC collaboration, SAI support are emphasised upon.

Course details

The purpose of the course is well defined. The most important points are distributed collaboration, consistent communication and face to face interactive sessions that are held at regular intervals. Other key points in the course are case studies, blogging, speaking and meet – up formation.
